No Knead Bread

I found this cool video, on how to make no knead bread. I thought I'd share it with you, as I know a lot of you make bread using a bread machine or by hand kneading it. This method seems easier than using my bread machine & I like the look of the crust better. I could never get a crunchy crust, with a soft inside using my machine. I'm doing it this way from now, since it is so easy. You just let time do all the work for you. I've got my first loaf in the oven & will post a picture of the finished results.
