Use a $2 off coupon from the ***Reinventing Beauty magazine on one foundation
Use a $1 off any Covergirl product coupon from the 4/6 P&G, on the other as well as a second on the blush, bringing the total to $21.
Pay the $21 with your ECB's (of course)!
Get back $12 in ECB for the foundations
Get back $10 in ECB for buying $20 of Covergirl products (even though you really only pay $5 for that).

So pay $21 for $40 worth of make up, and get $22 back in ECB....$1 overage.
